What information we collect and why

Comments

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, telephone number and other information that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. When you leave any comments to the site, we collect the information included, your IP address, your browser type and your operating system in order to facilitate identifying possible trash message.

From your email address has been created an anonymised hash information that can be sent to a Gravatar service so that we know if the commenter is a user of the service. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Media

If you download any pictures to this site, you should avoid downloading any pictures that have specific geographic information system (EXIF GPS). The visitors to the site can download and look at the geographic information the pictures may have on this site.

When you post comments, contributions or other content to the Site, your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Site in perpetuity.

The contact forms

We collect only such personal information that is needed for the billing and information for the courses. This includes enrollments to the courses, including name, email address, telephone number, postal address and the particular service you're enristering in (also former courses). If you do not wish to give any of the above-mentioned information, you may pay cash, having a receipt for the payment. We still need to have your name and your consent that you understand that the enrollment is legally bindging and you need to pay the course fee in due time.  There is a cross at the end of the enrolment form which - after reading it - states that you have understood it.

 

Concerning the information evenings and occasions that are free of cost only the name, email and telephone number are enough. If there is any fee to be paid, such as an entrance fee, the name and contact information such as above-mentioned, will be enough, unless it will be paid cash.

The lower cross inclines that you wish to receive several payments, which is also possible.

We nor WordPress don't collect any analytical information.

How we share your information

We don't share your personal information in principle to any outsiders, whether individuals or companies.  If such information should be shared, we always ask your written consent for it. The billing information will be shared with Talenom oy:n Mezo.fi -billing company and with the accountant of  Osuuskunta Voimavakka, who also has access to the above-mentioned billing company.  With the foreign instructors, I share your personal information only the name, email address and postal address if needed. They need it for their records of the participants and their home country.  In case you wish to pay cash, you will get a receipt where I only need your name. In that case, your name will also be shared with our accountant.

We (meaning Osuuskunta Voimavakka) nor WordPress don't in principle share any personal information with anyone.

How long we keep your personal information

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the Osuuskunta Voimavakka services, you can request that we erase your personal information. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you leave a comment it will be retained with its meta information for the present time. This is to enable us to recognise and accept your future comments automatically instead of keeping them in the moderating line.

We retain all the user profiles' information that we have of the registered users of our site (if there are any). All the users have the possibility to see, modify and remove their own data whenever they wish. Only the user name cannot be changed. The administrator of the site can see and modify the user profiles' information.

The information I write down about you during the personal sessions is for you to see whenever you wish to. I always ask your consent before writing anything and give the documents that I fill out to you after the sessions. I only collect information that can be useful during the session and for the billing.

In terms of GDPR, Beaver Builder products do not collect any personal information from your users. However, some modules such as videos and maps might need you to update your privacy policy accordingly.

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter's IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

How we protect your personal information

Your information is kept safe saved in an outside memory tool and at the billing company. In any doubtful inquiries, I ask for identifiable information before communicating with such people. The billing information, including your bank account (possibly) I don't keep in my computer's memory. They are saved by the accountant and the billing company.

In case of a hack

For such case, all the information is saved outside the computer. Like mentioned above, the bills or receipts are not saved inside this computer, only outside of it.
